Operating wheel linkage - lever setup

Ensure that drive is always transferred from Driver lever to Secondary lever (grub screw and clip on secondary lever)

Parts:
OWK1 - <33mm bank offset (space out quadrant from operating wheel)
OWK2 - >33mm bank offset (operating wheel spaced out from body with cast boss)
Operating wheel kits must be used in conjunction with SFK?3 lever set-up, and always operate on the end.
SFK33 - 3 cylinder banks (2 off for V6)
SFK43 - 4 cylinder banks (2 off for V8)
The lever set up should consist of driver and secondary levers only (no primary's)
The throttle cable should only act on one of the operating wheels and the full throttle stop and idle adjust should be on the same wheel.
