Terms and Conditions

Pricing
Jenvey Dynamics reserve the right to alter prices without prior warning.
Orders will be invoiced on the day of despatch.
Quotes and pro-former invoices are valid for 30 days. Customers will be notified of any changes upon receipt of order.
Consultancy, design, tooling and prototyping work will be started upon receipt of a 50% deposit based on the initial estimate.

Terms of Payment - Credit customers
Payment of credit accounts will be by the 15th of the month following the month of invoice. Queries or disputes regarding delivered goods are to be made within 4 days of receipt of the goods.

VAT
UK Customers will pay vat in full. European customers who are VAT registered will be exempt from UK VAT. European customers not VAT registered will be charged VAT at standard UK rate.

Damage and Loss
Jenvey Dynamics Ltd must be notified within 4 days for any loss or damage arising from carriage.

Back orders
All back orders will be dispatched upon completion unless cancellation is sent in writing.

Conditions of sale
All goods remain the property of Jenvey Dynamics Ltd until full payment has been received.

Returns
All goods returned for credit may be subject to a handling charge of 15% of retail value.

Carriage
Jenvey nominate carriage type and vendor.

Warranty
No replacement or credit will be offered until parts are returned for investigation.
